Chris Gall ist ein deutscher Jazz-Pianist, Arrangeur und Komponist. Anfang 2014 reiste er als Gastmusiker mit der deutschen Musikgruppe Quadro Nuevo nach Argentinien und war auch an den Aufnahmen für deren Album „Tango!“ (2015) beteiligt. Nun hat er zusammen mit Mula Francel, dem Saxophon- und Klarinettenspieler der Gruppe ein Notenheft mit dem Titel „Tango for Two“ veröffentlicht. Die Auswahl der zwölf Stücke setzt sich zusammen aus argentinischen Klassikern von z.B. Carlos Gardel, Ãngel Villoldo und Astor Piazzolla. Es sind aber auch mehrere Kompositionen von Chris Gall, Mulo Francel und ein Werk von Andreas Hinterseher (Kontrabass) darunter.
